Chachi

Chachi was posted on Facebook by an owner that had health issues and had a recent surgery leaving her unable to care for Chachi and not in a financial position to pay for outside care. We reached out and offered to take Chachi in, as usually the next steps for owners in this situation is sending the horse to auction.
March 17, 2023
Chachi arrived at our ranch. His mane was in whirlwinds (very bad knots). We let him explore the backyard first, as it is a smaller area (1 acre) and he enjoyed eating grass and rolling.
March 18, 2023
Chachi got to meet his new friends, Butter and Jugs. He loves playing with his giant soccer ball and rolling.
Spring 2024
Chachi did great with the farrier! He is fitting in with his barn buddies,
loves to graze and roll around in the dirt - impossible to keep clean!

Chachi is in training 4 days a week to help him have a “job” and work through some of his naughty habits.
Summer 2024
Chachi is at his new home! He completed his training and found a loving home right here in Lakebay with a wonderful family! Another happily ever after!
